• Once order is made, our Asaya team will confirm with you the booking and activation details via email hongkong.asaya@rosewoodhotels.com or via phone +852 3891 8588.
• Membership must be activated on or before 31 August 2026. Any memberships not activated beyond this date will be considered expired.
• Membership will be valid for two months starting from the activation date.
• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Rosewood Hong Kong shall be final.
