Chef Thomas Cabrit

A French nation, Thomas Cabrit began his pastry career in 2005, working in some of the most renowned establishments in France, Monaco, the United States and Switzerland. Thomas joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in 2016, with executive pastry chef roles in Phnom Penh and Beijing, before assuming his position as Rosewood Hong Kong Executive Pastry Chef overseeing Butterfly Room and Butterfly Patisserie.
