One Roast Ribeye and side dishes for 4-6 persons:

• 3.5kg Roasted Ribeye

• 800g Mashed potatoes

• 800g Braised brussel sprouts with chestnuts and smoked bacon

• 800g Roasted root vegetables

• 800g Sausage & cranberry stuffing

• 800ml Beef gravy

• 300g Cranberry sauce

RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

RIBEYE RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. To re-heat or warm your ribeye start by turning your oven to 200°c.
2. Remove the ribeye tray from its plastic wrapping and place it in the oven.
3. Heat for 20 -25 minutes. If you have a digital thermometer, you can use this to check the temperature; ideally, you are looking for an internal temperature between 50°c & 55°c for pink beef.

SIDE DISH RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. By oven: Place the side dish in the oven with your ribeye and heat until piping hot.
2. By microwave: Remove each side dish from its foil container and place it in a microwave safe bowl, cling-film each bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot.

GRAVY RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. By stove: Pour the gravy into a pan and bring to the boil.
2. By microwave: Pour the gravy in a microwave safe bowl, cling-film the bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot.
