Available from 14 to 18 October 2026 in-store only, this set of 3 choux is priced at HKD268, with a limited release of 100 sets per day on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. This product is sold as a set and cannot be purchased individually, with a limit of two sets per guest.

Les Choux is an exclusive collection conceived by our award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan Soukdeo. Centred on the timeless elegance of French choux pastry, the creation pairs delicate textures with carefully composed custard fillings, creating an expression of balance, refinement and indulgence.

The collection includes three flavours:

• Vanilla, a silky vanilla custard finished with crispy crêpes for a delicate interplay of textures;
• Taro & Coconut, combining earthy taro, fragrant coconut, and delicate sago in a velvety filling balanced by the lightness of golden choux pastry; and
• Hojicha & Chocolate, featuring roasted Japanese hojicha folded into rich chocolate custard and layered with hazelnut crunch to bring a sophisticated warmth to a classic French tradition. 

Each creation is thoughtfully crafted to reveal contrasts of crispness and creaminess, offering a contemporary interpretation of a classic pâtisserie tradition.
