This October, Rosewood Hong Kong partners for a second year with Academy by Simon Rogan (SRA) for an exciting collaboration dedicated to nurturing culinary talent and advancing the hospitality industry. 

The dinner is a “Rosewood Empowers” initiative and focuses on providing equal access opportunities, nurturing youth development, and supporting underserved communities, where guests will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu, with dishes presented from both SRA and International Culinary Institute (ICI) students. Enhance the dining experience with an additional wine pairing and drinks package.

Building on the success of last year’s initiative, when two talented apprentices relocated to Hong Kong to further their culinary careers, Rosewood Hong Kong and Academy by Simon Rogan reaffirm their shared commitment to inspiring and enriching individuals and the environment, with circular hospitality at the heart of their operations. A key component of ‘Rosewood Empowers’ is the global internship programme, developed in partnership with the International Culinary Institute (ICI), a member of the Vocational Training Council (VTC). This programme seeks to expand perspectives, cultivate emerging talent, and elevate standards within the hospitality and tourism sectors, reinforcing the shared vision of growth and sustainability.

13. Corkage policy:
Standard Wine - HKD700 + 10% Service Charge per bottle;
Magnum Wine - HKD1400 + 10% Service Charge per bottle;
Spirits - HKD1000 + 10% Service Charge per bottle.
For a table of 4, they can enjoy corkage offer for 1 bottle, for a table of 6 or above, they can enjoy corkage offer for 2 bottles.

14. Cake charge policy:
Cake cutting fee is HKD65 per person.
