Delivery to door and pick up at Rosewood Hong Kong are available from 20 to 28 December, 2025. Last order date is 25 December, 2025.

One Roast Ham and side dishes for 10 persons:
• 7.5kg Ham
• 800g Mashed potatoes
• 800g Braised brussel sprouts with chestnuts and smoked bacon
• 800g Roasted root vegetables
• 800g Sausage & cranberry stuffing
• 800ml Turkey gravy
• 300g Cranberry sauce

*Please note that no exchange or refund of the Glazed Ham is allowed. All ingredients for the Christmas Ham are predetermined and cannot be modified upon request. The Christmas Ham will be presented in a full condition, carving service is not available.

HAM RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. To re-heat your ham start by pre-heating your oven to 200°C
2. Remove the ham tray from its wrapping and place it in the oven
3. Heat for 20 -25 minutes. If you have a digital thermometer,
internal temperature should be between 72°C & 75°C

SIDE DISH RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

By oven: Place the side dish in the oven with your ham
at 200°C and heat until piping hot
By microwave: Remove each side dish from its foil container and place it in a microwave safe bowl, cling film each bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot

GRAVY RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

By stove: Pour the gravy into a pan and bring to the boil
By microwave: Pour the gravy in a microwave safe bowl,
cling film the bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot
