The Fusillata Casareccia di Gragnano PGI from Pastificio dei Campi is a much-loved shape in the pasta-making tradition of the South.
Pastificio del Campi makes its pasta with fine durum wheat semolina flour, respecting the lines of the Gragnano Consortium. The high-quality grains selected through a controlled and traceable supply chain come from 100% Italian wheat and IGP.
The packaging is refined and elegant, suitable for highlighting the company's tradition and history. The pasta is processed according to tradition, bronze drawn, and slowly dried.
The Fusillata Casereccia is suitable for full-bodied sauces, recipes with fish sauces, and vegetarian recipes.

You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Delivery time slots are available between 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.
Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
Deliveries continue as normal at all other times.
To collect an order, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available 12 noon to 8 pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date during checkout.
Please present your order confirmation at the time of collection. For any order of HK$2,500 or above, please also present the credit card used when placing the order.
As part of verifying customer details for order collection, we may need to collect additional personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
