1. Dry Clean
Blended fabrics and silk must be professionally dry cleaned ONLY

2. Hand Wash
All animal fibres can either be dry cleaned or hand-washed in cold water. These items must not be machine dried. Instead, they should be gently wrung within towels to remove excess liquid, and then laid flat to dry.

3. Machine Wash
Cotton sateen, poplin, and percale, as well as fillers (excluding silk ones), bedspreads, and quilts can be machine washed using a medium cycle (400–600 rotations per minute).

4. Warning
• Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C / 104°F
• Never use bleach on dyed or delicate fabrics
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not apply detergent directly onto fabrics – always dissolve it in water first
• Do not spin for too long or too vigorously

1. Bath
Bath linens with decorative embellishments or cotton bindings require extra care during washing. It is recommended to wash embellished items in a laundry bag to preserve decorative details. For cotton bindings, front-loading machines are preferred, as top-loader agitators can erode the bindings more quickly.

2. Utility
Fillers and pillows can be machine washed, but it is recommended to use commercial-sized machines to minimise friction during the tumbling process. Down- and silk-filled items must be thoroughly dried to prevent bacterial growth. They should be promptly removed from the dryer and shaken vigorously to restore loft.

3. Warm
All warm products should be dry cleaned to ensure safety.
However, they can be hand-washed using delicate soap or detergent, wrung with towels to remove excess moisture, and then laid flat to dry.

4. Mattresses
Mattresses should be covered with cotton protectors that can be laundered and regularly flipped and turned to help reduce the build-up of dust and bacteria. Mattress ticking can be sprayed and vacuumed using upholstery cleaners to refresh surfaces.

1. Sort
• Sort your household linen by fibre, colour, and type of article.
• Separate the linens from synthetic fibres and garments with components that could damage fabrics (e.g. zippers, hooks, etc.).

2. First Wash
• It is recommended to launder linens before first use. Make sure the items are not folded when loading them into the machine.
• Begin with a pre-soak in cold water and a small amount of detergent (maximum 30 minutes).
• Then, run a washing cycle at a low temperature, again using a small amount of detergent.
• The final rinse should be in cold water.

3. Delicate Items
• Items with lace and embroidery must be placed in a separate laundry bag.
• Immediately remove the items and spread them out to minimise wrinkles after the washing cycle is finished.
• Never fill the washer drum to full capacity.

4. Drying
• Completely open items and spread them out before hang drying. If machine drying, avoid high temperatures and use medium fan and spin speeds. Remove items from the dryer immediately to reduce wrinkling.
• Do not place items in direct sunlight, as extended exposure may cause yellowing.
• Woollen articles should not be hung vertically. Instead, wrap them in towels to absorb excess moisture and lay them flat to dry.

5. Ironing
• Use steam irons and avoid using spray starch.
• Be extra careful when ironing lace and hemstitches, and iron embroideries inside out to preserve decorative details.
• Choose the proper temperature, as indicated by the symbols on the care label:
- Cotton & linen – medium or high
- Silk & wool – low

6. Storage
• Fold linens flat and ensure they are not exposed to direct light for extended periods.
• Store them in a dry, clean, and airy wardrobe cabinet.
