It is recommended to steam the dumpling over a pot of boiling water for about 25 minutes; or put the dumpling in the water directly and boil it for about 20 minutes.

It is recommended to steam the dumpling over a pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes; or put the dumpling in the water directly and boil it for about 15 minutes.
For food safety, please reheat the dumpling thoroughly until the core temperature reaches at least 75°C. The rice dumpling should be reheated once only and consumed as soon as possible.
Please keep refrigerated between 1 to 4°C and reheat the core temperature to 75°C or above before consumption.
