Sprinkled with toasted brown rice and subtle plum accents, its minimalist presentation evokes refined Japanese artistry.
Within, layers unfold in a symphony of taste: a crisp brown rice crunch, a silky crème brûlée infused with rum and vanilla, a tart plum and yuzu jelly, and a smooth genmaicha mousse. Enrobed in a whisper of matcha-infused chocolate spray, each bite offers a nuanced balance of earthy, sweet, and tangy notes.
