Braised Sea Cucumber, Leek from The Legacy House
Sea cucumber is braised in Chef Li’s secret sauce for tasty, aromatic culinary pleasure.
1) Keep the sea cucumber in vacuum package.
2) Place it in the hot boiling water (90°C) for 25 mins.
3) The sea cucumber center temperature needs to reach 75°C or above for at least 15 seconds.
4) Server in the flat plate and enough sauce to cover the sea cucumber.
Ingredients: Sea Cucumber, Leek, Broccoli, Oyster Sauce, Pork, Chicken, Cured Ham.
The product contains cereals containing gluten, crustacean, soy and their products and the kitchen also handles fish, tree nuts, milk, eggs, peanuts, sesame and their products.
Please refrigerate the product within 1 to 4 °C and consume within 24 hours by following the guidelines.
