Riserva del Mare fleur de sel flavored with rosemary is the blend with the highest content of beneficial properties for our body.
Rosemary, thanks to the active ingredients of its essential oil, acts as an antispasmodic, pain reliever, and anti-inflammatory. It is also an aroma capable of improving mood and relieving stress in subjects suffering from chronic anxiety.
The rosemary-flavored Riserva del Mare fleur de sel is obtained by selecting the aromatic herb, leaving it to dry naturally, chopping it, and finally mixing it with our fleur de sel.
The final product is an intense and enveloping touch of taste for many dishes. The most popular recipes are bread or focaccia, meat with a strong taste such as lamb, poultry, and pork.

You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Delivery time slots are available between 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.
Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
Deliveries continue as normal at all other times.
To collect an order, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available 12 noon to 8 pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date during checkout.
Please present your order confirmation at the time of collection. For any order of HK$2,500 or above, please also present the credit card used when placing the order.
As part of verifying customer details for order collection, we may need to collect additional personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
