One Turkey and side dishes for 10 persons:
• 8kg Turkey (Original or Truffle Flavour)
• 800g Mashed potatoes
• 800g Green beans
• 800g Roasted root vegetables
• 800g Sausage & cranberry stuffing
• 800ml Turkey gravy
• 300g Cranberry sauce

*Please note that no exchange or refund of the Turkey is allowed. All ingredients for the Thanksgiving Turkey are predetermined and cannot be modified upon request. The Thanksgiving Turkey will be presented in a full condition, carving service is not available.

TURKEY RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. To re-heat your turkey start by pre-heating your oven to 200°C
2. Remove the turkey tray from its wrapping and place it in the oven
3. Heat for 20 -25 minutes. If you have a digital thermometer,
internal temperature should be between 72°C & 75°C

SIDE DISH RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

By oven: Place the side dish in the oven with your turkey
at 200°C and heat until piping hot
By microwave: Remove each side dish from its foil container and place it in a microwave safe bowl, cling film each bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot

GRAVY RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

By stove: Pour the gravy into a pan and bring to the boil
By microwave: Pour the gravy in a microwave safe bowl,
cling film the bowl and microwave on full power until piping hot
