This elegant blend of 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, and 1/3 Pinot Meunier comes from vines averaging over 40 years old. Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel using native yeast, it ages for three years in bottle, ensuring remarkable purity.

With a bright, light lemon hue, Les Prémices offers aromas of white flowers, almonds, orange peel, and white peach, paired with subtle herbal notes. The palate is concentrated and pure, culminating in a long, minerally finish. Experience the exceptional craftsmanship of Egly-Ouriet with this remarkable Champagne.
