Matthew, the first Irish Whiskey created by Italians in Ireland, blends Irish tradition with the Italian lifestyle and excellence.

The exclusive dragon pattern bottling pays homage to Rosewood Hong Kong's A Sense of Place philosophy and the auspicious symbolism of the legendary creature in Chinese culture, representing fortune and prosperity.

The first taste immediately brings notes of fresh fruit like white peach and raspberries, with great consistency between the nose and palate. A sweet sense of peat emerges from the second sip, combined with notes of lime honey and white chocolate, converging in an intense finish reminiscent of cocoa and custard with a slight note of coffee.

The Whiskey has a fresh aroma with hints of pear and green apple, followed by scents of jasmine flowers and yellow roses. The olfactory evolution leads to hints of red fruit, fresh sour cherries, and lychees, while the long finish evokes the scent of leather and refined hides.
