Maccheroncini al Pettine is an exceptional pasta format created by the Pastificio dei Campi.

They are produced with a special machine, called 'baresina', which creates the particular shape of this pasta, folded on itself to best enclose the sauce.
It is a reinterpretation of dry pasta of handmade egg pasta created with a tool called a 'comb', responsible for the scratches on the surface.

The macaroni al Pettine of the Pastificio dei Campi is produced with excellent quality durum wheat semolina, coming from the company's fields in Puglia, according to the rules of the PGI brand, which the Gragnano pasta obtained in 2013.

The Pastificio dei Campi is located in Gragnano, a place of pasta production since the sixteenth century. It is a company particularly anchored to local traditions, which implements manual processing of raw materials, guarantees total transparency and traceability of its products, and produces entirely in Italy.

Pastificio dei Campi also works to minimize the environmental impact of its products and uses only recyclable materials to package its pasta.

The streaking of the macaroni and their unique shape make them particularly suitable for containing sauces and condiments, especially Bolognese sauce.
