Self pick-up at Rosewood Hong Kong is available during the indicated dates and times during checkout at the time of order.
Customers are required to pick up their order no later than 5 days past the requested pickup date for non-food items and within 24hrs of the requested pick up date for fresh food items. Otherwise orders will be considered forfeit. Fresh food items that have not been picked up after 24hrs of the requested pick up date will be discarded due to hygiene reasons.
Rosewood Hong Kong will prepare orders according customer input details, confirmation email will show information of the pick up date, time and location. No refunds will be entertained for no shows.
Once goods have been handed over by Rosewood Hong Kong staff to customer, Rosewood Hong Kong is not liable for any damage or loss of the goods during further transport and handling by the customer.
Delivery service can be arranged with an additional charge per location order.
Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and urban areas of New Territories. (Except Islands District, Lantau Island and Discovery Bay)
Delivery service is not available in the event of Typhoon 8 or above, Black Rain, Red Rain, Chinese New Year dates, natural disasters or states of emergency.
Full payment is required upon ordering to guarantee orders.
The order cannot be refunded nor replaced once payment is confirmed.
In the event of supply difficulties, we serve the right to substitute goods, gift baskets or packaging of equal quality and value.
Rosewood Hong Kong is not liable for any damage, loss or alteration to products after delivery to the customer's registered address as stated in the order has been completed.
Rosewood Hong Kong reserves the final right to interpret all terms and conditions mentioned above, with or without advance notice.
