Salem Fish Curry From CHAAT



Please note pick-up and delivery are not available from 12 to 3pm.

A dish with its origins in the city of Salem in Tamil Nadu, CHAAT Salem Fish Curry combines a rich sauce and vibrant spices to compliment the delicately cooked fish.

Instructions: Bring the sauce to boil, steep in grill fish in simmering gravy for one minute, carefully remove fish and put it in the bowl, then pour curry on top. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and enjoy!

ca. 180g fish + ca. 200g curry sauce - Serves 2 guests
Preparation time 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Curry Leaf, Mustard Seeds, Coconut, Onion, Ginger, Turmeric

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders of HKD2,500 and above.
Delivery hours: 12 noon to 3 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. to be selected upon check out.

Hong Kong Island: HKD250
New Territories: HKD450

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas). Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.
