Roast Free Range Chicken from Holt's Cafe
1) Pan fry the chicken breast skin side in a hot not stick pan with olive oil, add a piece of butter, thyme and glaze with a spoon until the skin become crispy, gold color and core temperature of chicken breast is hot.
2) Reheat the mashed potato in a small sauce pan until it becomes hot.
3) At the same time, boil up the Truffle sauc in sauce pan for 2 minutes.
4) Season the watercress with salt, sepper, and extra virgin olive oil
5) Place the chicken breast on the right side of a flat plate.
On the opposite side, add a spoon of mash potatoes.
In between the mash potato and chicken breats, add the water cress seasoned.
6) Lastly put two spoon of Truffle sauce on the plate.
Ingredients: Pre-treated chicken breast, mashed Potato with milk, cream, Watercress, truffle Sauce, Olive Oil, Thyme.
The product contains cereals containing gluten, milk, tree nuts and their products and the kitchen also handles crustacean, fish, eggs, peanuts, soy, sesame and their products.
Please reheat the food to food center temperature 75°C or above for at least 15 seconds.
