Celebrate the art of masterful pairing in the intimate surrounding of Henry Grill & Bar’s private dining room, where a curated Champagne Dinner unfolds in exquisite harmony. This multi-course experience showcases the finest expressions of Louis Roederer, each vintage carefully selected to complement the evening’s culinary journey. 

We commence with the crisp vibrancy of Collection 244 (2019), followed by a progression of refined flavours. Taste the fig-laced foie gras mousse beautifully paired with the complex notes of Collection 245, while the steak tartare finds its match in the bold Brut Nature from 2018. A white truffle risotto awaits, elevated by the elegance of Brut Blanc de Blanc of 2017, and our rendition of a Hanwoo striploin will reach sublime heights with the iconic Cristal Brut Vintage 2016. A citrus-kissed lemon meringue pie concludes the evening with finesse.

The evening will be hosted by the maison's Export Manager, Mr. Alexis Deligny.
