The Rosewood at Home limited-time takeaway menu offers signature dishes from Rosewood’s acclaimed restaurants with simple re-heating and assembly instructions for dinner at home. Included is Holt’s Café, Holt’s Café is beloved for its homey, comforting local and international cuisine and now you can now bring home its Burrata and Heirloom Tomato Salad and Roast Free Range Chicken, topped off with a Vanilla Mille-Feuille if you choose.
1) BURRATA HEIRLOOM & TOMATOES SALAD
With just a little chopping and assembly, this simple yet tasty salad perfectly pairs rich burrata cheese with flavour-packed tomatoes.

2) ROAST FREE RANGE CHICKEN
An ideal night time feast, this roasted free range chicken has a crunchy skin and juicy, tender meat, complemented by whipped Mashed Potato, Watercress and Truffle Sauce.

Ingredients: Pre-treated chicken breast, mashed Potato with milk, cream, Watercress, truffle Sauce, Olive Oil, Thyme.
3) VANILLA MILLEFEUILLE
This signature confection from Butterfly Patisserie is a reinterpretation of the French classic -- this version is a layered pleasure of light, crisp puff pastry with an extra swirl of vanilla cream.

Ingredients: Flour, Butter, Icing Sugar with corn starch, Cream, Vanilla pod, White chocolate (with trace amount of soy), gelatine, puff pastry.
All product contains cereals containing gluten, milk, soy and their products and the kitchen also handles crustacean, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, egg, sesame and their products.

For any order at or above HKD2,500, if you choose to collect the order at Rosewood Hong Kong, please present the order confirmation number and the payment credit card when the order is collected.

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders of HKD2,500 and above.
Delivery hours: 12 noon to 3 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. to be selected upon check out.

New Territories: HKD450
Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas). Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.
