- The wellness treatments discount do not include retail items, expanded wellness
- Advance reservations for treatments and classes are required.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or special rates.
- In case of dispute, Asaya reserves the right of final decision.
- Blackout dates apply and all benefits are subject to availability.
- Laundry discount is limited to a maximum of six pieces each time with 48-hour turnaround.
- Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
- Complimentary parking is only available to Asaya members and is not applicable for friends or family. Parking privileges are not cumulative, and any unused daily complimentary parking time cannot be applied to future visits.
- Complimentary parking is only extended to members on-property for Asaya services, e.g., treatments, gym, class, swimming pool, retail purchases, etc.
- Following two hours complimentary parking, a HKD100 per hour parking fee will be applied.
- The two complimentary parking hours are to be used once per day maximum.

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, each shipment is handled personally and with the utmost care.
Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas).
Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each delivery location.

You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Delivery time slots are available between 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.
Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
Deliveries continue as normal at all other times.
To collect an order, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available 12 noon to 8 pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date during checkout.
Please present your order confirmation at the time of collection. For any order of HK$2,500 or above, please also present the credit card used when placing the order.
As part of verifying customer details for order collection, we may need to collect additional personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
