APPLICATION
Apply at least 2 to 3 times a week, after cleansing. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing the FACE MASK to soak into the skin entirely, before taking it off with lukewarm water. For an intensive treatment, keep it on until the FACE MASK has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions. Follow with Dr. Barbara Sturm's FACE CREAM.

You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Delivery time slots are available between 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.
Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
Deliveries continue as normal at all other times.
To collect an order, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available 12 noon to 8 pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date during checkout.
Please present your order confirmation at the time of collection. For any order of HK$2,500 or above, please also present the credit card used when placing the order.
