This bright panettone, which slowly rises due to the sourdough, is enriched with candied orange from Sicily, cubes of Cedar Diamante and succulent sultanas from Australia. Finally it is generously enhanced by Italian butter and Bourbon vanilla. Our panettone rigorously follows Angelo Motta's innovative shape and is offered in the tall version, rising from the mold, creating the traditional crust darkened by burnt raisins.
