Braised Pork Knuckle from The Legacy House



The pork knuckle is braised with many types of Chinese spices to infuse the meat, which is fall-apart tender and exceptionally flavourful.

1) Keep the pork hand in vacuum package.
2) Place it in the hot boiling water (90°C) for 30 mins.
3) The pork hand center temperature needs to reach 75°C or above for at least 15 seconds.
4) Server in the flat plate and enough sauce to cover the pork hand.

Ingredients: : Pork Hand, Bergamot, Fresh Pork Hand, Chestnut, Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce.
The product contains cereals containing gluten, fish, crustacean, soy and their products and the kitchen also handles tree nuts, milk, eggs, peanuts, sesame and their products
Please refrigerate the product within 1 to 4 °C and consume within 24 hours by following the reheating guidelines.

Pickup time from 12 noon to 8 p.m. to be selected when you check out.
Please present your order confirmation during selected period to redeem purchased item(s) at Rosewood Hong Kong.
For any order at or above HKD2,500, if you choose to collect the order at Rosewood Hong Kong, please present the order confirmation number and the payment credit card when the order is collected.

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders of HKD2,500 and above.
Delivery hours: 12 noon to 3 p.m. or 3 to 7 p.m. to be selected upon check out.

Hong Kong Island: HKD250
New Territories: HKD450
