Terms & Conditions of the coupon:
1. By submitting this coupon to venue staff, you can enjoy one signature cocktail per coupon.
2. This coupon must bear the official hotel chop as proof of validity.
3. This coupon is valid from now until 31 December 2023.
4. This coupon shall only be redeemed once, in its designated outlet.
5. Given it is available on a first come first served basis and guests will be accommodated to bar counter only, at specified dates and time for selected outlets, subjected to availability.
- BluHouse: Monday to Sunday, 3-5pm
- Bayfare Social: Monday to Friday, 3-6pm
- DarkSide: Sunday to Thursday, 5-7pm
- CHAAT: Tuesday-Thursday, 5:30-7pm
- The Dining Room: Tuesday to Sunday, 6-7pm
- HENRY: Monday to Wednesday 17:30-21:00pm

6. The cocktail can only be enjoyed at bar counter.
7. Following Blackout dates apply 29 September – 1 October 2023, 24, 25, 26, 31 December 2023, additional blackout dates may apply.
8. The coupon is both non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
9. The coupon shall not be sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
10. Lost or damaged coupon will not be replaced.
11. Any alteration or unauthorized reproduction of this coupon is strictly prohibited. Legal Action will be taken against any violation.
12. Rosewood Hong Kong reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and any of its terms and conditions, with or without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Rosewood Hong Kong shall be final.
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, each shipment is handled personally and with the utmost care.
Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas).
Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each delivery location.

You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Delivery time slots are available between 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.
Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
Deliveries continue as normal at all other times.
To collect an order, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available 12 noon to 8 pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date during checkout.
Please present your order confirmation at the time of collection. For any order of HK$2,500 or above, please also present the credit card used when placing the order.
As part of verifying customer details for order collection, we may need to collect additional personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
